Receive a more detailed quote by emailing us for questions about repair prices that are not displayed on our prices page.

Step 2

Fill out and print our Mail-in Repair Form to be included in your package.

 

 

Step 3

Package your device and take it to your preferred mail courier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS). We ask that you do NOT include a return label, we return all devices though our insured UPS 2nd Day Air service (unless faster service is requested).

 

 

Step 4

Email us the tracking number after sending out your package so we’ll know exactly when to expect it.

 

 

Step 5

Relax, the rest is on us! We’ll let you know once we have an update for you. Payments are only accepted after a successful repair via secure online checkout with all major cards, right before we ship your device(s) back to you. Telè Technicians may call you for a brief update/confirmation and all invoices are sent through email, so please provide the correct contact information on the repair form.
