Package your device and take it to your preferred mail courier. We purchase Signature Confirmation with every return delivery to protect your package from porch pirates, and we highly recommend that you purchase it for the initial delivery as well.
We ask that you do NOT include a return label, we return devices though our insured UPS 2nd Day Air service (unless faster service is requested).

Text us the tracking number after sending out your package so we’ll know exactly when to expect it.
Step 5
Relax, the rest is on us! We’ll let you know once we have an update for you. Payments are only accepted after a successful repair via secure online checkout with all major cards, right before we ship your device(s) back to you. Telè Technicians may call/text you for brief updates and service confirmations. Payment invoices are sent through email, so please provide the correct contact information on the repair form.
