Q.How Long Do Repairs Take?

A. When training our employees, we set the standard of being able to complete a repair while holding an entire conversation with the customer in 30 minutes or less. Otherwise, they must undergo further training.

Q. Will My Phone Still Be Water Resistant After a Repair?

A. Yes, we treat each phone as if it was our own. Telè is one of the only phone repair companies that goes out of its way to replace the water and dust resisting seal after every repair, even though it can be a tedious process that adds crucial time to a repair.

Q. Do You Offer any Warranty?

A. We provide a lifetime defect warranty on all of our parts. If for any reason a part does not operate as it should, without there being any physical/water damage done to it, we promise to replace it for a new one completely free of charge.

Q.Do you Offer Special Discounts?

A1. Our servicemen and women risk their lives for us on a daily basis. That being said, we offer all Military, Police, Fire, and Rescue customers 10% off all repairs.

A2. As a student-owned and operated company, we know money can be tight, so we offer 10% off all repairs for students.

Q. Can you repair devices with water damage?

A. Most of the time, it just depends on how much damage was done to the motherboard. We take pride in being one of the few repair companies that can provide board-level repair services.
