Our History & Vision
We are innovators.
Since the beginning, my intention was to be different. I didn’t want Telè to be just another phone repair store. I wanted to provide my customers with an unmatched experience. To do that, I didn’t open a storefront. Instead, I started a mobile repair operation out of my car. I would go to my customers, wherever they wanted, and fix their phone right in front of them in thirty minutes or less.
After moving two hours away for college, my customers would still reach out for repairs. I would schedule them for weekends and drive back home every weekend. This proved to be challenging, so I hired and trained a technician to take over my hometown repairs while I went to college and simultaneously grew the business there.
This went well for a couple of years, then covid hit and everything changed. Our entire business model was jeopardized. We had to temporarily shut down our on-site operation. Thankfully, we were gracefully saved by our social media following. Our lovely fans supported us through the pandemic by mailing their devices in for repairs and purchasing our products from our online store.
Now, with a fan base of over four million across all social media channels, we could not be more excited about the future. The mail-ins keep coming in and now we have a beautiful, unique repair shop for our local customers to visit. Not only do they get to watch the repairs as they happen, but millions of people get to watch and learn as well.
